The Cedar Rapids Police Department is investigating a Sunday morning crash that resulted in the death of a motorcyclist — 28-year-old Felicia Tharp, of Coralville — according to a news release from the department.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s annual Click It or Ticket campaign started this week in advance of Memorial Day weekend.
