Bettendorf woman killed in Cedar County crash

A Bettendorf woman was killed in a crash on Interstate 80 Saturday morning in Cedar County.
Rebecca McClaine, 46, was driving a 2020 Honda PC motorcycle on Interstate 80 at mile marker 277, outside of Durant, at around 3 a.m. Saturday, according to an Iowa State Patrol crash report.
McClaine was driving eastbound in the westbound lanes of the interstate and hit a semi-truck coming the other way, being driven by Stuart Anderson, 65, of Northwood, the report states.
McClaine died in the crash. Anderson was uninjured. The crash still is under investigation by the state patrol.
