I am from Mount Pleasant, Iowa where I worked for the Southeast Iowa Union as an intern for over a year. I am a third-year student at the University of Iowa, and I am the Senior Politics and News Editor at the University of Iowa student-run newspaper The Daily Iowan where I lead a team that covers Iowa Politics, State Government, and News.
