Food Truck Tuesday returns to NewBo City Market

CEDAR RAPIDS — Food trucks are back in full force this spring after another trip around the block.
NewBo City Market, known for incubating small restaurants inside of its building, will continue to cultivate food vendors outside of its building as the weather warms up.
Every Tuesday from May 3 through Aug. 30, food trucks will camp out from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the NewBo City Market parking lot and yard at 1100 Third St. SE. Cedar Rapids.
The event began in 2019. A list of vendors has not yet been posted for 2022. Popular restaurants that participated in the past include Caribbean Kitchen, Keeping Up With the Jones’s, Smiley’s Soup and Sandwiches and O’s Grill.
