Deputies said semi driver, Michael Lacourciere, 60, of Morton, Illinois, triggered a three-semi wreck Wednesday morning on Hwy. 151 West when he stopped on the roadway in a one-lane construction zone, then pulled onto the shoulder and began to back up.
