A Marion man who crashed into a vehicle, causing injuries to a woman that ended her pregnancy, is now facing indecent contact charges. He is accused of exposing himself to one child and having inappropriate contact with another.
The University of Iowa College of Law Prosecutor Intern Program has created a pipeline for future prosecutors and judges across the state. It’s a unique program that allows students to prosecute simple misdemeanors. Some even get the opportunity to work with a county attorney on a felony trial.
