Seven-day case average declines for 11th consecutive day

Iowa added 86 new COVID-19 cases Monday, bringing the total number of individuals in the state who have tested positive for the virus to 369,411, according to Iowa Department of Public Health data. No new confirmed deaths were reported Monday.
