Regions Commercial Roofing filed a lawsuit against Susan Moore, of Cedar Rapids, in Scott County District Court, alleging she failed to pay the remaining $28,775 for a new roof and siding after the 2020 derecho. Moore says she paid the project manager, who has since died.
