A woman who is suing two former FIJI members is asking the court to drop a separate lawsuit against a former UI student she accused of video recording the alleged sexual attack.

Urbana man was sentenced this week to 30 years in federa prison for molesting and sexually exploiting a 4-year-old child. He recorded sexually explicit videos of the child and shared them with others online.

Childress is on trial this week for first-degree murder and going armed with intent. Childress and others robbed Lewis and then Childress shot him in “cold blood.”
