Iowa high school football Week 3: How the ranked teams fared

It was a week to find out more about east and west in Class 4A Iowa high school football. Six of the top-10 teams took on a non-district opponent from the opposite side of the state this week, including top-ranked West Des Moines Valley hosting No. 9 Cedar Rapids Kennedy. Meanwhile, district play got going full-time for 8-Player squads.

Class 4A
