Iowa high school girls’ soccer 2024 all-state teams announced

Three teams tied for this year’s Mississippi Division girls’ soccer title in the Mississippi Valley Conference. Two advanced to the Class 2A state tournament, and both had players recognized on the Class 2A all-state first team.

Cedar Rapids Xavier forward Macie Herting and Iowa City Liberty defender Eno Ituk garnered that recognition when the Iowa High School Soccer Coaches Association released the all-state teams Monday.

Xavier and Liberty tied for the division title with Cedar Falls, a Class 3A team.

Iowa City High defender Maclayne Menzel was a first-team selection in 3A.

Hudson’s Savannah Schneider was named Miss Iowa Soccer.
