Cedar Rapids Kennedy’s Reid Hall said he hasn’t had the best season, but the junior earned his second straight MVC Valley Division Player of the Year honor with a medalist performance, while Linn-Mar captured its first divisional crown under head coach Chris James. Cedar Falls swept the Mississippi Division.
Linn-Mar senior TJ Jackson had a homecoming game for the ages. It started with him taking back the opening kickoff 88 yards for a score.
