CEDAR RAPIDS - A Wyoming man is accused of harboring a runaway in a Cedar Rapids hotel room.
According to the Linn County Attorney's Office and Cedar Rapids public safety spokesman Greg Buelow, Cedar Rapids police were called to the Budget Inn, 3100 16th Ave. SW, on Aug. 5 for a report of a runaway girl who said she was being held against her will. There, they found Joshua T. Whitaker, 30, of Gillette, Wyo., in a room with the girl, marijuana and other drug paraphernalia.
