Tiffin man faces sex abuse charge

IOWA CITY - A Tiffin man faces a sex abuse charge for an incident alleged to have occurred in Iowa City earlier this year.
According to an Iowa City police criminal complaint, on Jan. 13, 2015, 33-year-old Lorenzo B. Johnson forced himself upon a woman without her consent. A witness told police the victim struggled to get away from Johnson and told him to stop.
Johnson has been arrested and faces one count of third-degree sexual abuse, a Class C felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
