Sexual assault reported on University of Iowa campus

IOWA CITY - A sexual assault was reported on the University of Iowa campus over the weekend.
According to a UI crime alert, authorities received a report of a sexual assault that occurred late on Oct. 29. Police said the assault occurred in an east side residence hall.
The alleged assailant was an acquaintance of the victim, police said.
