Police: Drunk man found with handgun at Back Porch Revival concert

IOWA CITY - A drunk Waterloo man was found inside Kinnick Stadium during Saturday's Back Porch Revival concert with a loaded handgun, police said Sunday.
University of Iowa police said 26-year-old Timothy E. Draper was found inside the stadium around 8:30 p.m. Saturday. Draper was wearing a Black Hawk County Sheriff's Office badge on his waist band and was also carrying a loaded firearm, police said.
Draper is not a law enforcement officer, police said.
Police gave Draper a breath test which showed his blood alcohol content to be .10 percent.
Draper was arrested and faces charges of carrying weapons while intoxicated and impersonating a public official. Both offenses are aggravated misdemeanors punishable by up to two years in prison.
