Marion man faces arson charge after argument with wife

MARION - A Marion man faces an arson charge after lighting fires during an argument with his wife.
According to a Linn County attorney's Office criminal complaint, police responded to 2020 Eighth Avenue in Marion on Sept. 25 after 50-year-old Andrew L. Hogue set several fires in the home. Police said Hogue set the fires after getting into an argument with his wife.
Hogue has been charged with first-degree arson. He was booked at the Linn County Jail, but has since bonded out.
