CEDAR RAPIDS - Firefighters responded to Home Depot after a number of employees fell ill at the same time.
Cedar Rapids public safety spokesman Greg Buelow said the fire department responded to Home Depot, 4501 First Ave. SE, at 11:53 a.m. Friday after five to six employs reporting feeling lightheaded and dizzy. None of them were taken to the hospital.
Crews were on the scene for about 90 minutes, but didn't find any gas leaks or other issues, Beulow said.
Engine 1 was moved to the new Cedar Rapids Central Fire Station on Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2013, as crews began responding out of the new station. (Liz Martin/The Gazette)
