Cedar Rapids police seek assistance in theft investigation

CEDAR RAPIDS — Police are seeking help from the public in investigating a string of thefts in Cedar Rapids.
According to Cedar Rapids police, two suspects have been involved in numerous thefts in businesses in the area, including Target and Kohl's in the northeast side. The thefts occurred in early November and were committed using stolen credit cards, police said.
Police have released surveillance photos of the suspects. If anyone can identify the suspects depicted in the photos, they are asked to contact the Cedar Rapids Police Department or Linn County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-CS-CRIME. Callers are asked to reference case No. 2015-16372.
