Cedar Rapids man killed in Poweshiek County crash

POWESHIEK COUNTY - A Cedar Rapids man was killed in a crash on Interstate 80 in rural Poweshiek County.
The Iowa State Patrol said 20-year-old Michael L. Miller was driving a 2015 box truck eastbound on Interstate 80 near Brooklyn around 12:20 a.m. Thursday. Authorities said a second vehicle was also traveling eastbound, but at a slower speed and with flashers on due to the road conditions.
Miller ran into the second vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
