Cedar Rapids man faces burglary charge

CEDAR RAPIDS - A Cedar Rapids man faces a burglary charge for assaulting a woman inside her apartment.
According to the Linn County Attorney's Office, on Dec. 4, 35-year-old Timothy L. Postley kicked in an apartment door on Queen Drive and assaulted a woman inside.
Postley was arrested and faces one count of second-degree burglary, a Class C felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
