CEDAR RAPIDS - A Cedar Rapids man accused of exposing himself to a woman last September is at it again, according to official records.
According to the Linn County Attorney's Office, Cedar Rapids police officers were called to the Cedarwood Hills apartments, 2040 Glass Road NE, on March 25. There, officers found that 24-year-old Jordan N. Sanford had 'opened his pants and exposed himself” to a female cabdriver.
Sanford was arrested and has been charged with indecent exposure, a serious misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail.
Sanford was arrested in September 2016 for a similar incident in which authorities said Sanford went to the U-Haul office at 1550 16th Ave. SW and told a female employee that he had a problem in the storage unit he was renting. When the woman went to check on the unit, Sanford was inside and naked. He was arrested for indecent exposure for that incident, as well.
According to online court records, Sanford is scheduled to go to trial for his September arrest on April 24.
