Arrest made in Cedar Rapids theft investigation

CEDAR RAPIDS - An arrest has been made in a theft investigation that the police department sought the public's help in solving.
Cedar Rapids police said 27-year-old Jacolby D. Young turned himself into at the police station on Monday. He now faces one count of false use of a credit card.
Young was identified as the suspect in a credit card theft investigation less than six hours after police released surveillance camera images of him last week and asked for the public's help in identifying him.
