Deputies found the body of Cody L. Severns, 24, of Williamsburg. They said he died after failing to negotiate a curve. His Ford Taurus hit an embankment and flipped, they said.
He was alone in the vehicle. The sheriff's office said the accident, which remains under investigation, appears to have happened a few hours before the wreckage was discovered.
