Fifth-ranked Interstate 35 answered No. 4 Lisbon’s game-tying rally with a game-winning surge of its own and prevailed, 9-5, in a Class 2A quarterfinal at the state softball tournament Tuesday afternoon at the Rogers Sports Complex.
