The Cedar Rapids Police Department has identified a man who was killed Wednesday night in Cedar Rapids as Anthony Fitts, 29, of Cedar Rapids.

Three people have been arrested in relation to a shots-fired incident in Iowa City on Christmas.

For the first time in 40 years, the Linn County Jail is not housing federal inmates for the U.S. Marshals Service.
