Undercover operation nets Houston woman for prostitution at Cedar Rapids business

CEDAR RAPIDS - A Houston, Texas woman is accused of prostituting at a Cedar Rapids business.
According to the Linn County Attorney's Office, on March 14, Cedar Rapids police conducted an undercover investigation at Spa Magic, 2323 Mount Vernon Road. Police said 51-year-old Zhang Hongli accepted money in exchange for a massage and a sex act.
Hongli was also practicing massage therapy without a license, authorities said.
Hongli is accused of prostution and practicing without a license.
