Man wanted for escape from Lary Nelson Center

CEDAR RAPIDS - Authorities are looking for an escapee from the Lary A. Nelson Residential Center.
According to the social media account for the Iowa Department of Corrections, 25-year-old Vincent B. Connors failed to report back to the residential center Monday night. Connors has a conviction for first-degree robbery in Linn County and was placed in the work release facility on Dec. 14, 2017.
Anyone with information on Connors' whereabouts is asked to contact their local police department.
