A Hiawatha man was arrested Wednesday in connection to an October robbery at a Verizon Wireless store in Marion.
Joshua Hamilton, 30, has been charged with second degree robbery, a Class C felony, according to a Marion Police Department news release.
The charge has a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison.
Marion Police authorities said Hamilton was linked to the robbery by a DNA match.
A robbery at the Verizon store, 2240 Seventh Ave., was reported the morning of October 16. Security camera footage captured two men wearing masks, glasses and gloves entering the store. They reportedly demanded cellphones from employees.
No weapons were displayed during the incident and no one was injured during the incident, police said in October.
The investigation is still ongoing.
