Jackknifed semi blocks I-80 near West Branch

IOWA CITY - A jackknifed semi is blocking portions of Interstate 80 Monday morning.

According to the Iowa Department of Transportation, westbound I-80 is blocked between exits 254 and 249.

Update: Westbound Interstate 80 was reopened at about 8 a.m.
