Eastern Iowa Republican incumbent Mariannette Miller-Meeks extended her narrow lead by roughly 400 votes in an unsettled U.S. House race that was still too close to call Wednesday afternoon. The two-term incumbent declared victory, but said she expects a recount, which would be the second time in three elections that her narrow victory went through a recount.
