While chilly temperatures and drizzles of rain greeted Eastern Iowa this morning, thousands are still expected to descend on downtown Cedar Rapids for the annual St. Patrick's Day SaPaDaPaSo Parade.
The parade steps off at 1 p.m., and with 100 entries, it's expected to run until 2:30 or 3 p.m. Several downtown streets will close at 11 a.m. and remain closed for several hours. Find full details here.
