The second of two juveniles who were arrested Friday after a shooting in Cedar Rapids has been identified after being charged with a felony.

The shots fired incident happened Friday night in the 6600 block of First Avenue West, near the Stoney Point development, adjacent to Cherry Hill Park and close to West Willow Elementary School.

A missing 38-year-old Cedar Rapids man was found dead in or near the edge of the Cedar River on Wednesday night, police said. His family reported him missing on Saturday. Police said his death is under investigation but isn’t considered suspicious.

Two people sustained non-life threatening injuries in the incident at a southeast side bar Tuesday night. Two people were detained following the incident, police said.
