Here are five Gazette-area 2A and 1A high school softball regional-semifinal games to watch Friday.

Cascade’s Jackson Lieurance and Iowa City Regina’s Will Litton are Players of the Year in their respective divisions of the River Valley Conference, it has been announed. Cascade’s Nate McMullen and Regina’s Paul Rundquist are division Coaches of the Year.
