Gov. Kim Reynolds has endorsed Heather Hora, of Washington, for the Iowa House District 92 seat. Her opponent in the June 7 primary — Jaron Rosien, mayor of Washington — said the endorsement represents “a pair of golden handcuffs” that won’t benefit the district’s constituents.
