Demolition begins on Cedar Rapids Transamerica buildings
Demolition has begun on the former Transamerica buildings at 4333 Edgewood Rd. NE, south of Highway 100, in Cedar Rapids. The work is being done by D.W. Zinser. AEGON, Transamerica’s parent company, is selling the property, according to Cedar Rapids Assessor’s Office records. Coldwell Banker Hedges Realty is the broker for the deal.
