With blood donations down 21 percent during holiday weeks, the American Red Cross is seeking blood donors as we approach the July 4 holiday weekend.

Some residents of Geneva Tower moved back into their apartments Thursday after being displaced for more than a week because of a fire in the downtown Cedar Rapids apartment building.
