Three killed in Benton County crash

BENTON COUNTY - Three people were killed in a four-vehicle crash in Benton County Thursday morning.
According to the Iowa State Patrol, a Toyota Sienna was westbound on Highway 30 around 5:20 a.m. when it lost control on the icy road. The minivan collided with an eastbound Toyota Carolla. The collision caused the minivan to roll. It was then hit by a Saturn Vue that was westbound. At that same time, a Chevrolet Impala was eastbound and hit the Carolla.
Three people were killed in the crash. Their names have not yet been released. The crash remains under investigation.
