Cedar Rapids man faces meth charges

CEDAR RAPIDS - A Cedar Rapids man faces numerous charges after a meth lab was discovered in his vehicle.
Cedar Rapids police pulled over 34-year-old Ronald J. Toomey shortly after 2 a.m. Tuesday in the 2100 block of Otis Road SE. Officers discovered Toomey had a meth lab in his vehicle.
Toomey was arrested and faces charges of manufacturing meth, possession of a controlled substance, improper plate light and improper brake light.
