Frederika bar fire under investigation

The Frederika Fire Department is investigating an early morning bar fire.
Firefighters responded to the Bottomz Up Bar and Grill at 2 a.m. Wednesday, according to the Bremer County Emergency Management Agency. Shortly after their arrival, the bar was fully engulfed in flames. The bar was empty and no injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
The Frederika Fire Department was assisted by the Tripoli, Plainfield, Sumner, Fredericksburg and New Hampton fire departments, Tripoli EMS, Bremer County Sheriff's Office, Bremer County Emergency Management and Smith Excavating.
