One southbound lane of Dubuque Street reopens

The northbound lanes of Dubuque Street between Foster and Kimball roads remain closed Tuesday morning.
The Iowa City Police Department reports that one southbound lane is open to motorists. However, police are encouraging motorists - particularly afternoon commuters - to seek alternate routes and should expect delays and detours in the area.
