Gardner named sheriff’s association president

DES MOINES - Linn County Sheriff Brian Gardner will serve as president of the Iowa State Sheriffs' and Deputies Assocation in 2015.
Gardner was elected president at ISSDA's annual business meeting Tuesday in Des Moines.
Gardner has served as Linn County sheriff since 2009 and has been a member of the sheriff's office since 1980.
