Cedar Rapids man arrested after gun threat

CEDAR RAPIDS — A Cedar Rapids man is accused of threatening another man with a gun.
According to the Linn County Attorney's Office, Cedar Rapids police were called to 2913 Hilmer Dr. SW on Nov. 4 for a disturbance. Officers learned 64-year-old Larry Wilson, who lived at that address, had held a handgun to the head of another man during an argument and threatened to kill him.
Police said Wilson was also in possession of marijuana, hydrocodone and a digital scale. He was arrested and has been charged with going armed with intent, assault with a dangerous weapon, first-degree harassment, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a prescription drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.
