Body found at Coe College identified

CEDAR RAPIDS - Cedar Rapids police have identified the woman whose body was found on the Coe College campus last week.
Sharon R. Mead, 41, was discovered near a bus stop at College Drive and First Avenue East at 5:20 a.m. Sept. 11. Police said Mead has no local address.
An autopsy has been performed on Mead's body, and police are awaiting a final autopsy report. At this time, the investigation is being treated as an unattended death.
