Coralville man faces sex assault charge

CORALVILLE - A Coralville man is accused of sexually assaulting a woman on his couch earlier this year.
According to a Coralville police criminal complaint, a woman was passed out on 27-year-old Jonathan C. Cosby's couch the morning of May 3. Police said Cosby admitted to having sexual contact with the woman while she slept. He told police he knew it was wrong, according to the complaint.
Cosby has been arrested and faces one count of third-degree sexual abuse, a Class C felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
