CEDAR RAPIDS - A Cedar Rapids woman is accused of threatening a city worker with a handgun.
According to the Linn County Attorney's Office, around 3 p.m. Tuesday, Debra Lancaster, 54, threatened a city road worker with a .38 caliber revolver while at her home at 74 22nd Ave. SW. The complaint does not say why Lancaster pointed the gun at the worker.
Police made contact with Lancaster, who they said appeared to be drunk and admitted to pointing the revolver at the city worker. Police served a search warrant at Lancaster's home and found two loaded handguns and ammunition.
Lancaster was arrested and faces one count of assault while displaying a dangerous weapon.
