All-clear issued after Liberty High School evacuated for suspicious package

NORTH LIBERTY - Liberty High School was evacuated Wednesday morning after a suspicious package was found at the school.
According to a city of North Liberty news release, officers were called to the school, 1400 S. Dubuque St., for a report of a small, suspicious package. The immediate area was evacuated.
Around 10:40 a.m., North Liberty police announced via social media that an all-clear was given. Authorities said the package was a duct-taped box containing a marble maze.
