Three Cedar County men sentenced for meth manufacturing

CEDAR RAPIDS - Three Cedar County men have been sentenced to federal prison terms for meth manufacturing.
According to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Iowa, Tracey McGhghy, 48, of Manley was sentenced to 90 months in prison last week. Additionally, two Lowden men, Telly Ranzenberger, 42, and Brian Hagen, 43, were given sentences of 60 months and 48 months, respectively.
Authorities said each of the men admitted to manufacturing meth in separate plea hearings.
At the completion of their sentences, each of the men will serve a three-year term of supervised release.
