» Recap: Hawkeyes rally for overtime win over Indiana
Turning point: Tied 68-68 in overtime, Indiana looked to have a steal and a possible 2-on-1 opportunity. But Jordan Bohannon ended up with the ball after a ricochet and threw up a 3-pointer that went down for a 71-68 lead. Up 72-70, Bohannon knocked down another contested 3 with 20 seconds left to seal the win.
MVP: On a night when Iowa seemingly couldn't buy a 3-point basket, Bohannon just kept shooting. His fadeaway 3-pointer forced overtime and he hit two go-ahead treys, plus the clincher in the extra period. Bohannon finished with 17 points and made 5 of 9 3-pointers.
Key stat: 6-27. With Iowa struggling from 3-point range, Indiana couldn't take advantage. The Hoosiers made just 22.2 percent of their attempts from distance, even worse than Iowa's 28-percent mark (7-25). Romeo Langford missed a deep 3 at the buzzer in regulation instead of driving to the basket.
