CEDAR RAPIDS — Cedar Rapids police have issued an Operation Quickfind for a missing teen.
Police said 16-year-old Diane K. Pernell was last seen at 3634 Redbud Rd. NE around 1 a.m. on Aug. 27. She was wearing Chicago Bulls jogging pants and a black shirt, authorities said.
Pernell is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the Cedar Rapids Police Department.
